Preferred Skills:
Prefer 2 years customer service skills working in a fast paced business environment
Experience with Dreamweaver is beneficial
Strong organizational skills and aptitude for handling multiple projects or tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
Job Description:
Provide customers and prospects with: Price quotations, product samples and product information Knowledge of materials used in our manufacturing process
Familiarity with Award Division catalog, products and pricing
Answer customer questions on Division products
Write up orders from customers using company order form
Write and distribute change orders for orders in process
Answer production questions on orders in process
Check order status and trace order shipment as requested by customer
Accountable for adhering the corporate quality program
Proficient in the operation and mechanics of company equipment and production departments
Consult with Management to resolve difficult matters, such as custom quotations, granting credit to new accounts and customer relation matters
Administration of Q-Pulse (internal document relational database that manages our company documents, customers, supplies)
Occasional management and modification of existing Microsoft Access database
