Client Services amp Facilities Coordinator

Profile

We are looking for dynamic full-time Client Services & Facilities Coordinator to join the firm as the first point of contact for clients both internal and external.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively and has excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Primary Duties 
Greeting clients at reception and acting as the ambassador for the firm
Answering, screening, and redirecting phone calls
Managing vendors and suppliers
Managing incoming and outgoing faxes, mail, and couriers
Managing boardroom bookings and meeting requirements such as AV, catering, etc.
Managing and ordering onsite security access cards
Other administrative duties as required
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a similar role in a professional environment
Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
A self-starter who takes initiative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
