Call Center Customer Service Representative

Profile

Experienced call center representatives are needed to provide the highest quality service to customers in a
call center environment. Candidates will be assisting customers with general inquiries, account questions,
billing help, and basic technical support for company products. Excellent command of spoken and written
English is necessary, and bilingual candidates are a plus. Strong business writing skills are also a plus.
Candidates will require the following qualifications:
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent, college experience is preferred
Flexible with scheduling: Center hours vary by assignment and team
Prior call center experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry
