We are looking for a 1st line support Analyst with previous customer service experience, who wants to be creative and is always looking for new ways to do things. What is on offer? * Salary of up to £32,000 depending on experience * Flexibility to work from home where agreed * Training to gain an expert knowledge of products applications and processes What is required? * Basic knowledge of network infrastructure * Experience of basic PC knowledge and fixes * Fixes and set ups of phones (IOS/Andriod) * MS Windows desktop and Windows Server experince (Windows 10, Windows server, 2016) * Experience of working collaboratively within a team * Active Directory knowledge What you will do? * Act as first line support for a variety of technical incidents and resolving where possible. * Understand customer problems and creating a plan to resolve. * Be able to develop and maintain internal and external relationships, while liaising and resolving problems. * On call telephone support which will require flexibility to work out of hours remote phone support You will be fulfilling a 1st line support analyst role, being available in flexible times to deliver support on ****0/a
