WHAT WE DO 
We provide inclusive learning experiences within the directorate as well as supporting those of students with SEND across the FE colleges.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Work in close partnership with the Director of Inclusive Provision and SEND and Deputy Directors as their Senior Administrator.
Provide professional, responsive and confidential administrative support to the Director.
Assist the Director with the planning and prioritisation of their workload.
Work in a complex environment of constant change and pressure where a significant level of independent decision-making, judgement, sensitivity and discretion is required.
YOUR PROFILE 
You will have a recognized IT and/or Business Administration qualification at Level 2 or above.
You will have experience of working in a senior administration role within a busy, professional office environment.
You will have experience of liaising and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to develop highly effective working relationships at all levels and provide exceptional customer service.
You will have experience of servicing a range of meetings, including the production of accurate and timely minutes and the monitoring of actions.
