We need someone to be the first person to speak with potential clients and help them find the right attorney for their situation.

As Client Services Coordinator you will be the first point of contact at the Firm for a new Potential Client, match them to the Gevurtz Menashe attorney best suited to assist, schedule the initial consultations, and follow up on each appointment. Your goal is to be a warm, professional, and courteous guide for our potential clients, while exercising a high level of confidentiality, discretion, judgment, and professionalism.

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Capabilities:

A minimum of two years of successful experience in a professional service or sales environment demonstrating effective communication skills is essential. We prefer a bachelor’s degree and experience in law, but it isn’t required. We do want a candidate with excellent computer skills, working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite programs (Word, Outlook, Excel), Adobe, and the desire to learn and use other firm technology systems. In addition, we want a team member who: Dedicated, committed team player, but with ability to work independently as well

Have ability to think quickly in a fast-paced environment while you maintain a sense of calm. Many of our clients are in difficult situations and may be stressed and fearful.

Multi-task, good follow through, problem solve and strong attention to detail

Ability to assess PC’s sense of urgency, and maintain a sense of calm and control

Ability to juggle calls, be on the phone and at a desk and available for callers during regular hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
