As a Union and Non-Union company, ColorPro Finishers has the ability to provide the flexibility of offering either Union or Non-Union labor depending on our clients’ requirements as well as to offer the right contract and most cost effect proposal to each client. Our skilled Non-Union employees provide superior expertise in all pohases of finishing projects, mainly high-end residential projects. Our expertise in painting and wall coverings is reinforced with our commitment to customer satisfaction. Painting quality and superior service are our priority.

Job Summary:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support via phone, email, and live chat channels. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with every interaction. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from the comfort of your own home, with the opportunity for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy

• Provide accurate information and guidance to address customer concerns and resolve issues

• Manage and prioritize incoming customer requests through multiple communication channels

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

• Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with computer systems and software applications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification a plus
