Frandsen Bank & Trust, Foley is seeking a professional full-time Senior Customer Service Representative who is eager to learn and embrace change while consistently and proactively working to ensure a pleasant experience for customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities include, but not be limited to, helping and advising customers about products and services in person and through incoming and outgoing phone calls, assist in planning and scheduling community events, proactively protecting our customers, and helping to deter fraud. In the evolving world of banking, a quality applicant must embrace change, have the ability to take a leadership role with the customer service team, maintain and plan the team schedule & train future customer service representatives.
