Profile
Responds to all customer and prospective customer phone and email inquiries including providing technical support, education of production procedures and communicating mailing and print status.
Troubleshoots and resolves all customer issues including production related matters.
Promotes the addition of value added services to enhance the client experience.
Tracks and communicates customer feedback and information surrounding all aspects of Specialist’s operations and/or customer communication methods.
Serves as a primary client contact. Maintains positive client relations on behalf of Specialist.
Manages the client approval process.
Prepares and updates estimates.
Develops/updates project schedules and other project-related materials. Updates and documents customer contact information as needed.
Manages the daily production process of direct mail and print campaigns.
Strong team player; able to work within team, prioritize duties and delegate responsibilities appropriately.
Provides support to other departments as needed.
Other duties as assigned and/or required.
Education and Requirements
AA degree or equivalent with up to 2 years of customer service experience.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.
Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Outlook in both PC & MAC platforms.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Excellent customer service skills including conflict resolution.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Composed and enthusiastic phone voice with good articulation.
Ability to multi-task, with strong organization skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to accurately type 35 WPM and/or proficiency in keyboarding.
Ability to operate general office equipment.
Ability to calculate pricing figures of moderate complexity.
Ability to recognize and solve problems involving variables of moderate complexity.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Working knowledge of file transferring protocols, layout/image
applications and compression programs a plus.
Direct mail or print background (or copywriting or design) a plus.
