Job Description

Tony Divino Toyota Business Development Center is looking to hire a Service Customer Care representative who can provide excellent customer service & communicate effectively to our customers over the phone & online.

We are looking for a full time employee. The hours of operation for our Service Customer Care Department are from Monday-Friday 8AM-6PM with occasional shifts on Saturdays. Scheduled shifts will be within those hours.

Strong appointment setting skills

Strong time management & organizational skills

Excellent telephone communication skills

Experience using Microsoft Excel & Word

Fluent in digital communication ie. Online Chat, Social Media, Email, Text & Customer Relations Management Tools.

Qualifications

High School Graduate

Good Typing Skills

Valid Drivers License

Clean Driving Record

Must Pass Drug Test
