Job Type: Part-time, 30 hours per week

We are a rapidly growing social media marketing company that caters to small businesses. We are looking for a superstar customer support representative to help us grow and improve our customer satisfaction. We are in need of someone with a big smile and a love of helping customers feel like part of our family.
Our team is big on personality and charisma. Our core team is small with only a handful of people and we work closely with each other, even though we are located all throughout the US. We always make sure everyone on the team feels heard and respected.
Job Requirements:
- *Successful* customer service experience with references
- *Successful* experience working from home OR taking classes from home
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Highly organized and detail-oriented (this is a must!)
- A positive attitude when talking with customers, both by phone and email
- Ability to work successfully on your own with little to no direction
- Strong problem-solving abilities and not afraid to ask for help
- Reliable and able to dedicate 30 hours per week to job duties
- Tech savvy and able to figure out internet-based apps with some direction
- No tolerance for drama or cattiness! We love and respect each of our team members
- Must understand how social media works and have experience, either professional or personal
- Must have up-to-date computer with webcam (desktop or laptop) and reliable internet connection
Job Responsibilities:
- Talking with customers daily primarily by phone, but also email
- Relaying customer feedback in a respectful way to our team of writers
- Management of multiple email inboxes and a calendar of scheduled calls
- Setting up new customers and removing accounts for cancelling customers
- Troubleshooting connectivity issues with social media platforms
- Some sporadic editing of content as needed
- Infrequent other tasks delegated by management team
Other Important Details:
- This position requires a commitment of 30 hours per week. You must be available to work during our normal business hours (M-F, 9am to 5pm MST, Arizona time). Your schedule will be M-F from 10am to 4pm MST.
- Although this is an entry-level position, there could be opportunity for advancement within the next six months based on your performance. We are looking to replace a manager that is leaving mid-year and you would be in line for that promotion. Because of this, we are looking for a superstar who plans to be with us long term and can eventually work full time at 40 hours per week along with a pay increase.
