Looking for experienced Finance & Banking experts from preferably US-UK geography, with an experience of more than 5 years in the field, who can help us review and finalize a set of domain competencies for the job role of a Teller/Bank Teller. We are working on finalizing a set of competencies which are comprehensive enough for a Bank teller having 0-5 years of experience, which will further be used to develop a set of assessments for banking professionals. The task will include reviewing a set of competencies and rating them on standard parameters and sharing detailed inputs on what can be added or deleted, to & from the list, and eventually finalizing a detailed set of domain competencies.
