Strategic Payer MarketingSenior Product Manager, Payer Marketing & Access, CardiovascularThis position is responsible for contributing to the overall development and implementation of ELIQUIS access and affordability strategies and tactics. This position will work closely with the Value, Access and Payment (VAP) matrix team, Medical, and the broader ELIQUIS alliance brand team to optimize patient access to ELIQUIS. This position will be based in the Princeton Pike BMS office (PPK) and will report to the Director of Payer Marketing & Access, Cardiovascular.

Responsibilities:• Develop, prioritize and execute ELIQUIS access and affordability promotional efforts for ELIQUIS aligned to brand strategy including the ELIQUIS Value Proposition (EVP) and impactful pull through tactics• Apply disciplined marketing fundamentals to evolve and drive value proposition analysis between Payer and FDMA 114 Organized Customers and pulled through the learnings in impactful tactics• Lead role in the US VeDT for ELIQUIS. Coordinate a cross function matrix including Value Marketing, HEOR, Medical, and Pricing to identify opportunities and threats, establish desired messaging aligned to brand strategy, and prioritize data generation to create and implement the US payer value platform for Eliquis• Collaborate with ELIQUIS and VAP Sales Learning & Training to prepare material for POA and periodic training sessions.• Develop effective internal working partnerships with VAP (including Account Executives, Outcome Research, Pricing and Reimbursement), ELIQUIS brand team (brand marketing, Advocacy, etc.) and PREP (Legal, Promotions Regulatory and Medical Information) to drive critical decision and ensure proper execution.• Establish relationships with BMS field organization and external leaders to identify healthcare industry trends and insights to inform prioritization of resources. Translate customer learnings into actionable recommendations for business growth.• Lead the market access portion of brand planning. Communicate access-specific strategies to internal business partners for incorporation into brand planning and field tool development.• Review all payer-related field communications including serving as brand primary point person for Account Executives and Sales• Manage Op Ex budget to ensure effective execution of tactics are aligned with brand plan

Qualifications• BA/BS degree or equivalent, MBA or advanced degree preferred• 4 – 7 years of relevant marketing / brand management experience, customer facing role in Market Access or sales or relevant market access functional experience (e.g. Pricing & Contracting, Reimbursement, Policy)• Experience translating insights and strategies into effective marketing strategy and tactics that deliver business objectives• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively and efficiently drive performance within a matrix organization, and form strong, productive partnerships• Experience and knowledge of promotional regulatory processes preferred. • Additional competencies include strategic planning, marketing analytics, Cardiovascular disease are knowledge, customer / competitive insights and seasoned judgement• Strong business acumen including a solid understanding of healthcare channel funding flow and specialty product value creation• Must have strong ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
