Medical Center Customer Service Liaison - $19/Hour
We are looking for a Medical Center Customer Service Liaison to be the primary point of contact for incoming calls at our Phoenix West
medical center. The Customer Service Liaison will be responsible for directing all incoming calls, answering all calls, providing information regarding patient medical records, and assisting with making appointments for patients who call to reschedule and cancel.

**Salary: $19/Hour
Job Responsibilities of the Medical Center Customer Service Liaison:
Direct all incoming calls to the appropriate department
Answer all incoming calls in a polite and professional manner
Provide information regarding patient medical records
Assist with making appointments for patients who call to reschedule and cancel
Ensure all calls are handled in a timely manner and in accordance with KPI's
Maintain a polite and professional demeanor at all times
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and appropriate manner
Provide callers with accurate and up-to-date information regarding the medical center
Follow all company policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment
