Description

The Social Media Representative 3 protects company's brand image by monitoring and addressing social media comments pertaining to our company's products and services.. Reviews, triages, and responds to comments, requests, and grievances. The Social Media Representative 3 performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. May apply intermediate mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

The Social Media Representative 3 reviews, triages, and responds to comments, requests, and grievances. Decisions are typically focused on methods, tactics and processes for completing administrative tasks/projects. Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes and techniques, and works under limited guidance due to previous experience/breadth and depth of knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge.

Required Qualifications


1 years of working social media knowledge ie. Facebook, Twitter, Instragram, Linkedin platforms
1 years of customer service experience
Willing to work various shifts based on business need and OT


Preferred Qualifications


Prior proofreading experience
Critical thinking
Social Media savvy


Additional Information

2nd shift 40 hours (full-time)


2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Monday - Friday EST
The monitoring of the hospice benefit line may be required in certain circumstances.
