My client is a leading Property Management company, looking for an extremely organized, friendly and sincere Property Manager to join the team.
Responsibilities
Supervise and evaluate the performance of all staff member
Ensure compliance by all staff with Fair Housing rules and regulations
Perform daily inspections of the property and annual inspections of each unit
Address safety and security concerns at the property
Perform market comparable studies to ensure that rents are in line with market conditions
Promote resident retention and resolve resident issues
Ensure resident compliance with the lease an all property rules and regulations
Oversee leasing and lease renewal processes, the rental collection process, delinquencies, marketing activities, supply and equipment inventory and ordering and processing of move-ins and move-outs
Oversee maintenance, preventative maintenance, and capital improvement projects at the property
Works with the Regional Manager and the corporate office on annual budget development and monitoring, and control of accounts receivable and payable
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a winning attitude, outstanding customer service skills and a proven track record of success in sales!
Minimum of two-year property management experience or a minimum of five years Customer Service Manager experience from customer facing, sales-oriented position such as retail sales, hotel, car rental, restaurant, call center
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience using software programs
Communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work independently and as a part of a small team
Excellent problem resolution skills including the ability to use tact and diplomacy
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Valid Driver's License and access to reliable transportation
Ability to work Monday - Friday 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM
