We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic travel agent to join our dynamic team. As a travel agent, you will provide expert advice and booking assistance to our customers, including planning travel itineraries, booking flights, and arranging hotel stays.

Job responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service to clients and assist them in planning their travel itineraries
- Research and arrange travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and other activities
- Offer expert travel advice and recommendations based on customer budgets, preferences, and travel goals
- Use booking software and other tools to process travel reservations and manage customer accounts
- Collaborate with other travel agents and team members to ensure seamless booking experiences for customers
- Stay up-to-date on travel industry developments, trends, and regulations

Requirements:

- Must have prior experience working as a travel agent or in a related role
- Exceptional communication skills and customer service orientation
- Proficient with booking software tools and platforms
- Must have the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and problem-solve effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends may be required
