Description
The Coordination of Benefits Representative 4/Team Lead assumes ownership and leads advanced and highly specialized administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment.
Responsibilities
This is an agile position, working from home as well as the office in Louisville, KY.
The Coordination of Benefits Representative 4/Team Lead consolidates the activities that support the collection, management, and reporting of other insurance coverage.
SME of Mentor processes and any applicable updates
Ensure associates validate any audits to review and close them within time frame (no auto-closes)
Ensure systems are updated based on audit issues
Side-by-sides - at least one monthly per associate, for associates not meeting goals they need weekly
Ensure associates compliance with processes
Provide professional communications, including resolution updates
Decisions are regarding the daily priorities for an administrative work group and/or external vendors including coordinating work activities and monitoring progress towards schedules/goals, and often oversees work of others and/or is the primary administrative owner of a main process, program, product or technology.
Works within broad guidelines with little oversight.
Required Qualifications
Previous experience as a SME, Mentor or Leader
Prior experience and knowledge of Medicare
Previous Call Center customer service experience (proven ability to interact telephonically with members, agents and/or providers)
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
You must be able to work a schedule of Monday to Friday, 7:30-4:00 EST for training, and mandatory overtime when needed
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Mentor experience
Prior benefits experience
Strong knowledge and experience of CAS/CRI
Experience in Medicaid
Previous Outbound Call Center customer service experience
Work at Home/Remote Requirements
