Responsibilities:
First-line client contact.
Liaison between team and client.
Email and phone communication to ensure clients are informed on order status.
Order management (timeline, deliverables, start to finish).
Provide quotes and project outlines to clients.
Update system data as project status changes.
Generate and communicate client status reports.
Active project management to meet objectives.
Requirements:
