YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a growing company, we will need you to successfully work on customer satisfaction and retention.
Whether by email, chat, phone call or social media, our customers expect us to provide them with the best service.
Being the closest to customer feedback, you will need to report problems encountered by customers to your manager and help resolve them.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- You have already worked remotely and thats okay for you.
- You like solving problems and you know it will be your daily job.
- You wish to work in close collaboration with customers in sometimes difficult situations in a fast and structured customer service environment by following our customer philosophy first
- Tell us what is your favorite fruit and why
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Able to explain concepts clearly and concisely.
- You can boast of being patient, a problem solver, ambitious, proactive / assertive and reliable to follow
- You speak fluent English.
