We are looking for Client Solutions Managers
to drive adoption and maximize the value of the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. platform with a strong commitment to learning. You will be responsible for partnering with customers, understanding their priorities and pain points, and ensuring that they optimize their **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. investment. Solution Managers play an integral role in our business, working closely with Sales, Solution Engineers, Product Management, and GTM teams.
What You’ll Do
Be a Trusted Partner:
Establish consultative and trusted partnerships with clients

Communicate regularly with customers to evaluate satisfaction
Elicit client feedback to act as internal advocate for our clients
Drive Adoption & Optimization
Understand client business goals and anticipate future needs to deliver optimal solutions
Drive recurring strategy sessions to ensure client is able to fully adopt **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. and measure success
Conduct quarterly [strategy] reviews and check in points with clients

Share best practices and industry insights with customers

What You Have
BA/BS degree or similar college level education
2 years of experience in a customer facing role
Superior client service and relationship skills
Excitement for learning and development
Phenomenal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Leadership in developing and delivering world class client presentations
Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment with tight deadlines
Die hard drive to make clients successful
Public sector experience required

The base salary at the time of hire for this position is expected to be between $67,500 - $137,00. Pay ranges at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. are established based on an analysis of salaries for positions with a similar level of accountability and impact in the relevant labor market. Salary levels are expected to change to reflect an employee’s job performance (results and impact) over time. Salaries at the time of hire are typically offered in the lower to middle of the above-referenced range in order to provide the opportunity to reflect performance-based increases over time. In addition to base salaries, employees at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. are typically eligible for a comprehensive package of benefits, and successful candidates may also be eligible for equity (stock) based compensation and/or variable pay programs based on performance relative to goals and targets.
