Pay: $60-70K
Hours
: M-F, 8am-5pm
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prioritizes, tracks, handles and maintains records of the materials, costs and time schedules of multiple projects. The ability to multitask is critical to the success of this role.
Develop and administer quotes, process sales orders, follow up on purchase orders and confirmation of ship dates
Acts as the product expert to answer technical and design questions from sales and customers
Works in conjunction with the designer and/or architects to guide through take-offs, reading plans, and developing design concept
Conduct image searches, create quick mockups, and collaborate on design concept development (light graphic design or photo editing may occur)
Consults with clients, sales team, vendors, or supervisor to evaluate individual project needs. Maintain customer relationships, anticipating their needs and serve as liaison between the customer, various departments, vendors and sales team.
Reviews customer submitted plans and works with manufacturers to make recommendations. Possess the ability to understand spatial design.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors
Prepares more complicated cost estimate for projects with special requirements and difficult to execute shapes and designs.
Assists in setting up & establishing new program standards
Assists with high level escalations
Extended Supervisory Tasks:
Work with department Manager to develop and execute product and process training for Digital Team
Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization
Assist with training of new Digital Project Coordinators during the onboarding process. Spending time and focus on getting all Digital Project Coordinators trained properly, following department policies and daily processes
Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
Supervise the tasks and objectives of the Project Coordinator Team
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget by conducting project review discussions with Digital Project Coordinators during training periods
Assists Digital Manager with mill follow-up and accuracy and scheduling rush jobs when
Contributes to developing and maintaining project tracking system for Digital projects.
Works along with the Digital Manager to organize and manage all sales tools and support sampling
Provides performance feedback to department manager in order to accurately document training needs, process improvements and team reviews
During the absence of the Digital Manager the Digital Supervisor stand in fulfilling some of the Digital Manager’s work tasks and cover for ongoing projects. Will also stand in to make required decisions regarding rush projects, assisting customer requests, and support problem project management
Perform other related duties as requested by department manager or other levels of management
REQUIREMENTS:
3 years of experience within Customer service / Project Management / Sales/ Account Management...etc.
Background or degree within arts/design: Interior Design
Graphic Design
Architecture
Fine Arts
Etc...
