Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Success Representative to drive our technology and super-serve our Middle Eastern customers in our growing Barcelona office.
It is an exciting time to be joining the team in Barcelona. We are currently building the office to be our sales center of excellence for the EMEA region. The office will have a unique start-up feel, and you can play a major role in growing the office and fast-tracking your career.
Together, we will create the next iconic cloud technology company and do extraordinary things. We have had a record FY22 and have been recognised by Gartner as the leaders in HCI for the fourth year running! About the team
**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. EMEA Customer Success team is responsible for accelerating revenue growth with our Subscription Customers. You will lead a team of representatives who will focus on driving revenue growth from customers across all industry verticals and regions in EMEA. The team has a unique vibe that comes from constant creativity, innovation, and focuses on how we can better serve our customers every time.
Responsibilities
Maximize the success of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s midsized customers across the Middle East through proactive engagement and support.
Attain a minimum of 100% of goals for customer check-ins, customer adoption, and renewal rates.
Maintain timely and accurate records of all customer interactions and data
Act as the customer’s advocate engaging other departments within **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. when necessary and ensuring successful resolution
Maintain a high level of daily activity including customer and internal calls, meetings, and customer research
About you
Experience in high-tech customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Technical Support, or Sales.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Experience working with software subscription customers
Proven track record of overachieving in a metrics-driven environment
Knowledge of data centre technologies such as virtualization, storage, servers, security, Cloud, and networking
Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Support

Meet the Hiring Manager – Ali Mansour -
****Ali joined **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. in 2021, although he had his eyes set on **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. since 2016. He followed the company from the early beginning, and has always interested in **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.: the technology, the innovation, and the work environment.
He is a newbie to Barcelona, having recently relocated from Dubai. Ali brings with him great expertise in the MENA region; he’s worked as an account manager for the past 20 years with **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. & Cisco. During this time he’s covered serval countries and has closed large deals.
He’s looking to bring his expertise of the region to Barcelona, by hiring and mentoring an honest, hungry and humble CSR.
Outside of work, Ali’s main priority is spending time with his wife and 2 children. When he has time away from work and his family his other major passion is football.
