Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative provides support to both internal and external customers for sales related activities. Prepares Quotations and Sales Orders, communicates progress to the customer, interfaces with other functions such as Credit/Collections, Sales, Warehouse, Procurement, etc. to ensure customer and business expectations are met.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Interface with customers both internal and external.
Prepare and maintain Quotations using SAP.
Prepare and maintain Sales Orders, perform contract review.
Ensure to match the original Cameron SAP quotation, taking care to review any special requirements regarding product, delivery, documentation, packaging, Trade Compliance, etc..
Initiate Engineering Work Requests (EWR) when necessary.
Provide progress reports to customers.
Interface directly with other functions including, but not limited to, Credit and Collections, Sales, Warehouse, Procurement, and other necessary departments to ensure effective and timely service to customers.
Expedite and escalate customer requests to management as needed.

Minimum Job Qualifications:
BS/BA in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing and Sales, or related field.
2 years experience in sales, commercial related, or similar manufacturing environment.
Proficient in MS Office products.
Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship.
