Under the general supervision of the General Manager and Human Resource Manager,this position will be the responder to all after hour calls. The On ****
Job Requirements
High School diploma or GED. Experience in health care or other service industry preferred
Essential Functions:
· Coordinate with the Scheduler and other office personnel on before start of on-call schedule
· Review staffing schedule and address any questions with office
· Answer the phone from _4:30pm to 8:30am M-F and then 4:30pm Friday to 8:30am Monday morning every other weekend and holidays.
· Respond to Clear Care messages immediately
· Handle all call offs according to procedure attached. Fill any shift that comes open
· Respond to all service calls
· Respond to all SafetyChoiceTM calls
· Refer service calls and client complaints to the manager
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.
Effective oral and written communication.
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
Excellent organizational skills.
