ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take incoming calls and emails, addressing any issues, concerns or problems that customers and prospective customers may have.
Make outgoing phone calls to customers including light account collections.
Assist route technicians with schedules, customer follow ups, payments, etc.
Maintain office efficiency by maintaining appearance of office, handling correspondence, managing filing systems, and overseeing supplies and equipment.
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the office as the main point of contact, keeping management informed of performance with routine and requested reporting.
Provide direct administrative supports as needed to branch manager.
Maintain proper vehicle registration/licensing for branch company vehicles.
Printing and mailing invoices and statements to customers on a daily/monthly schedule.
Go to the post office daily.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong interpersonal skills. Regular interaction with customers and team members require a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Ability to communicate professionally, effectively and efficiently in person, on the telephone, over the internet and in all correspondence.
Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as a team.
Strong organizational skills.
Computer skills including but not limited to, MS Office Word and Excel.
Minimum of 1 year customer service experience dealing with the public and/or related educational qualifications.
Previous success in office management preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
