The Customer Care Representative is responsible for answering customer calls; handle them in an efficient and professional manner. Utilizing overlapping skills and desktop tools to quickly and accurately assist customers with their questions and issues.

Duties: Handle calls in an efficient and professional manner.
Daily duties and tasks are frequently non-routine, requiring resolving many questions and problems for complex issues.
Accept and process sales orders timely- this includes verifying orders for accuracy.
Coordinates the distribution of orders to production areas and shipping department.
Reports to Customer Care Supervisor.
Position Requirements: High School Diploma
2- 5 years Customer Service experience
Type minimum of 35wpm
Computer skills
100% onsite mon-fri 7:45am-4:30pm
