Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead a small team with a customer service department. The position will be based in Killarney. As a Customer Service Manager have proven experience working in a customer service position allied with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. This is a maternity contract of 12-month duration.
Customer Service Manager Responsibilities:
Supervising day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner.
Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions.
Answers customers questions, resolves problems, and maintains customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources.
Manages customer service staff, organising roster and holiday requests.
Contributes customer service information and recommendations to strategic.
Enforces company policies and procedures.
