If you are located in or around Central/Northern New Jersey you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage client accounts and projects. Our clients are employers using our services through the hiring process of new employees. We have other clients as well, but this is a large focus
Collaborate with clients to determine service needs
Provide regular updates, respond to inquiries, and address any client concerns in a timely manner
Interact with customers to gather support data to ensure invoice accuracy and also work through specific billing discrepancies
Provide input for the effective management of service support
Educate clients regarding the process of receiving invoices and remitting payments
Contact customers by phone or in writing to verify data and assist with resolution for outstanding balances
Answer client and revenue cycle inquiries on services rendered
Answer Staff questions related to new clients added to EMR
Monitor work queues, analyze trends, and follow up
Work on Projects related to client accounts

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
1 years of customer service experience
Experience in the healthcare industry
Administrative skills and experience
Proficiency with Windows personal computer applications, which includes the ability to navigate multiple programs and learn new and complex computer system applications

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with billing
Understanding of HIPAA and other relevant regulations affecting patient information
Proven effective prioritization and multitasking skills - ability to meet deadlines
