Due to growth, Hays Sons,
an industry leader and provider of world class restoration services, is searching for a Carpenter
to join their team in the Indianapolis, IN area.
As a member of the team, you will enjoy:

$19-25/hr. based on experience, plus Overtime opportunities

Schedule
Monday Friday, off evenings and weekends
Rotating On-Call Schedule -
Required to be on-call 1 weekend every 6 weeks, where you will be compensated double time.

Responsibilities:
Preform temporary repair process as designated in operational procedures.
Complete warranty process as designated in operational procedures.
Demo and frame structures.
Ensure jobsites always remain neat and orderly while following OSHA guidelines for safety.
Install cabinets and interior trim.
Set and trim doors and windows.
Preform painting, drywall repair, and texture matching.
Procure photos of all jobs assigned.
Keeps inventory of all tools housed in carpenter s vehicle
Respond to emergency work in timely manner
Assist project manager when necessary
Participate in weekly on call rotation
Accurately post time to all jobs for accurate labor cost
Aid water department for demo jobs
Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and organization (tools, equipment, etc.)
Comply with DOT regulations when operating a qualifying vehicle.

Job Requirements:
If you have Carpenter experience, general roofing knowledge, tolerate of heights (steep roof temporary repairs), basic framing experience, and a valid driver s license,
then Hays & Sons wants to hear from you! Experience in the restoration industry is a plus!
