Responsibilities
The Grievances & Appeals Representative 2 for IRT will be responsible for assigning cases to associates on team to send to independent entity for 2nd level review. Tracking volume of cases that are sent to team for review and how many each associate is assigned. Must be adaptable and comfortable with changes and fast paced environment.
Position can be work at home, in-office, or combination
Required Qualifications
Must have experience in a production driven environment
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong data entry skills required
1 - 3 years of customer service experience
Strong data entry skills required
Ability to manage large volume of cases including tracking
Weekend work required on rotating basis
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
1 - 3 years of grievance and appeals experience
Medical terminology experience
Experience in the healthcare industry or medical field
Knowledge of medical terminology
Work at Home/Remote Requirements
Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings
Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) for optimal performance of is required
