Description
The Identity and Access Management Engineer 1 performs Identity and Access Management tasks related to end user access, such as access additions and deletions via Access Profiles and Access Models. This position also provides help and support to our end users and business partners by phone and various written communication systems in a constantly changing environment.
Responsibilities
Humana is seeking an Identity and Access Management Engineer 1 that:
Identifies issues and inconsistencies and provides resolution to end users and business partners.
Makes decisions regarding own work approach/priorities, and follows direction.
Work is managed and often guided by precedent and/or documented procedures/regulations/professional standards with some interpretation.
Required Qualifications
1 to 3 years of exceptional Customer Service experience aimed at customer support and guidance via both phone and written communication.
Skilled at performing Identity and Access management tasks related to end user access via role based access requests.
Strong ability to assess urgency and prioritization and make good decisions based upon situational circumstances
Excellent written and verbal communication skills via email and phone to provide guidance and issue resolution for the end user and our business partners.
Ability to clearly and concisely document and maintain knowledge articles related to daily work as well as new processes as they arise.
Analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment
Ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Collaborate with peers and multiple teams to identify improvements and identify areas
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Cyber Security and Access Management
Experience integrating Security Policies, virtual access and controls
Experience integrating Identity and Access Management Security technologies with existing technologies
Industry Certifications: Azure-900
Additional Information
Hours are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST with possible needed hours from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. during Annual Enrollment Period (AEP)
