Job Description Customer liaison focused on providing outstanding service to Regeneration Services customers.  Role will interact with key accounts with the goal of building and maintaining customer relationships in order to drive retention and growth in the business.  CSR is expected to develop knowledge of products and distribution in order to creatively solve customer problems and ensure excellent quality of service.  Individuals will have opportunities to learn about the business, product distribution and markets and systems such as SAP.  Role will interact directly with sales, supply chain, demand, finance, logistics, product stewardship and operations in order to set up new customers, receive and place orders, coordinate deliveries, invoice, ensure payment, set up quality standards and ensure any complaints are properly managed.  Individuals must have a passion for helping customers, communicating with others and promoting the business.

Communicate with customers to understand supply needs, product quality requirements, invoicing needs and service requirements. 

Receive orders and input into SAP. 

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner

Invoice customers for product and ancillary fees. 

Develop creative solutions to customer issues and resolve problems with  billing, pricing and quality. 

Follow up on delinquent accounts to ensure ongoing supply.  

Coordinate delivery of trucks and communicate to plant sites order requirements. Role will work directly with truck carriers to ensure availability and service.

Monitor key customer inventories and schedule deliveries in order to ensure the customer does not run out of product.   

Offer solutions to customer complaints that balance the needs of business and customer. 

Update system pricing, delivery location information and quality requirements.

Drive excellence in order placement accuracy, follow up and communication for all customer orders.

Qualifications Education / Experience / Background

Associate, Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in CSR field.

Two or more years in customer service industry strongly preferred

Sales experience preferred

Prior SAP experience is a plus

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

Knowledge in Accounting is a plus.

Advanced knowledge in Microsoft office and windows based applications.

Excellent communication skills

Problem Solver

Highly focused on customer satisfaction

Ability to work in a high paced team environment

Ability to master SAP

Must possess excellent organization skills to provide accurate follow-up, understand inventory management, have the ability to understand the strategic and translate that strategic direction into tactics with their assigned customers.

Multitasking, project management including the ability to translate needs into a workable implementation plan, change management Demonstrated flexibility/adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment

Excellent phone communications and interpersonal skills with multiple functional groups

Must have strong organizational skills as well as be extremely detailed oriented.

Ability to write business correspondence.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, customers and the general public.

Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business correspondence, company policies and procedures and governmental regulations.

Must have a professional telephone manner with the ability to maintain composure and remain pleasant under high pressure situations.
