Key Responsibilities
Drives a positive customer experience by building relationships, networking, and providing solutions to everyday needs.

Oversees employee coaching, growth, and development for a technical workforce.

Validates that appropriate licensing requirements and skillsets are obtained.
Basic Qualifications
2 years of inventory management experience
1 year of leadership experience including coaching, training, and performance management
1 year of customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications
Budget and/or P&L management experience
