The Billing & Reconciliation Representative 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Performs computations. Typically works on semi-routine assignments.

Reconciles accounts each month, documenting any problems found during reconciliation, and provides appropriate plans that will lead to their resolution.
Provides exceptional customer service, ensuring that all interested parties are continually updated about the status of their account.
Corrects enrollment and cash posting discrepancies as they relate to billing.
Prepares documents in order to inform management, market groups, and regional personnel of the status of account issues. Decisions are typically focus on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments.
Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction.
Follows standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion.
Makes outbound calls to members to collect premiums by setting up payment arrangements

Required Qualifications - What it takes to Succeed
Minimum of 2 years of billing and reconciling experience
Prior experience working in a production driven metric environment
Prior experience working in an outbound call center environment
Able to discover discrepancies and inconsistencies within accounts
Attention to Detail, Problem-Solving, and Critical Thinking Skills
Customer Service
Good Organization, Time Management, and Prioritization Abilities
Perform multiple task effectively
Must be able to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 6am-6pmEST
Must be passionate about contributing to the organization and focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED or job related certification
PBS and E-billing experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
