\u003cp\u003eThe Customer Service Planner (CSP) plays a significant role in helping to achieve the company\u0026rsquo;s growth plans by ensuring best-in-class customer service to our Beer Distributor Network while also balancing inventory levels to prevent write offs due to obsolescence. CSP\u0026rsquo;s will serve as the daily point of contact for our Distributors on all order related matters. This role handles both the daily customer service needs of Distributors as well as assisting our field sales team in execution of all beer orders. Building positive relationships with the field sales team as well as Distributors will be key to success. It will be important to partner closely with all functions within the company to accurately service our customers. Working with third party warehouses and production sites, this role will ensure execution of the production plan and product availability at each of our distribution locations.\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cli\u003eEstablish standard methodologies by applying all available data and tools to lead service and inventory levels to the most efficient levels\u003c/li\u003e
