Sugar Land - United States

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing and maintaining updated information for customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Perform administrative functions supporting customer service functions and sales order entries.

Provide monthly status of open orders and follow up with customers and Production.

Maintain record of asset delivery progress and invoicing.

Interact with Production, Buyer and Planner for follow-up of customer orders.

Resolve licensing issues received from customers and record in support database.

Maintain and improve the integrity of the data in the SAP database.

Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement, wherever applicable.

Invoice and communicate with warehouse, GOLD, and freight forwarders.

Review and perform credits.

Review field/customer requests using Service-Now.

Understand MRP planning and scheduling parameters.

Analyze planned order reports and understand supply plans.

Interface with production teams and procurement specialists to prioritize items.

Identify and report opportunities and implement actions to reduce waste, shorten lead times and reduce costs.

Use the guiding principles and the tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement wherever applicable.

Monitor and schedule FTE sales from the product center.

Work with product line asset managers to plan and schedule demands using business systems.

Manage and maintain InTime catalogue.

Communicate with field and 3rd party customers for sales order deliveries.

Research and resolve invoicing issues.

Support direct sales and HQ sales order processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

High School Diploma or higher

Min. 3 years related experience in a Technology or Manufacturing Center

Demand Planning

Production Workflow

Manufacturing Resource Planning System

Attention to detail

Knowledge of business systems

Demonstrated ability to work through and manage complex processes.

Knowledge of financial processes and understanding of financial data.

Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship.
