*Assists the BAC Director in supervising the business functions of the BAC.  Supervises the front desk, nursery and ECL staff.  Ensures that a high level of member service is provided.  Reports to the Director of Operations.

*Serves as a back-up support to the sales staff.  Conducts tours, distributes trial passes, contacts prospective members by telephone or other means, and presents membership information when needed.

*Interviews, hires, fires and trains front desk, nursery staff, and ECL's.

*Collect member concern forms and distribute to appropriate management staff.  

*Monitors housekeeping needs in the front desk and nursery areas. 

*Perform any duties that management deems necessary.                 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION: High school diploma required.  Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.        

EXPERIENCE: Customer service experience required. Experience in the fitness industry is preferred.

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR REGISTRATION: AHA BLS-HCP certification required.   If not certified, certification must be obtained within 90 days after hire date.

OTHER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
