Support in-year delivery of P&L KPIs through execution of category growth strategies on the Mondelēz Kroger Customer Team specific to the Clif Bar business. Deliver profitable growth for MDLZ, deliver business consumption growth faster than category (share growth), develop multi-year growth plan with customers to advance their share position in the marketplace. Primary contact for Customer Director Retailer’s higher-level cross functional support team.

How you will contribute
You will:
Deliver P&L KPIs: Net Revenue, Gross Profit, Operating Income; Share growth for Bars Categories
Facilitate Joint Business Planning/Joint Value Creation with Retailer- with shopper focused initiatives to increase customers snacking business share. Casts signal internally and readies cross functional resources to deliver major growth agenda items.
Build and execute the annual growth plan and category growth strategies inclusive of base growth, brand programming, pricing, innovation, trade investment/promotional plans, and Perfect Store Activation
Plan to win: Ensure accuracy and alignment of sales business forecast by maintaining the trade tools and customer plans, facilitating collaborative partnerships with internal and external cross functional teams
Customer: Develop strong multi-year JVC partnership with customer- team wiring at all levels
Financial: Deliver KPIs within Trade Budget. Ensure team maintains accurate & reconcilable checkbook in trade tools
Execute Annual Plan: Deliver Annual financial target, signaling appropriate business forecast adjustments through accurate monthly submission
RGM: deliver expected price realization, analyze and optimize customer investment across spend buckets to deliver maximum growth and share with strong ROI
Retail Execution: deliver execution through Perfect Store Principles with appropriate contacts DSD or Warehouse
Supply Chain: Close partnership with short term execution partners & long-term E2E team planning to deliver execution excellence in replenishment and in-stock

Requirements:
4 year Degree, MBA preferred
Minimum of 10 years’ customer management experience
People leadership is required
Ability to lead and inspire others while clearly setting direction
Growing revenue and market share through problem solving
Strong analytical and insights mindset
Understanding multiple customers, go-to market strategies, structure and business practices
Negotiating and influencing skills
Cross functional experience in sales planning, customer insights, retail marketing and/or supply chain
