What We’re Looking For:
Trilogy Education Services is a workforce accelerator partnering with universities across the globe to create innovative learning programs for adult learners.
The FinTech Boot Camp team is looking for a talented and organized Program Support Manager who can help drive the success of our FinTech program online and in the classroom through scalable initiatives that support our instructional staff and student success managers.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Design, implement, and lead scalable solutions for key instructional staff support initiatives:
Feedback (Forums, Meetups, Communities, etc.)
Technical Support (Troubleshooting software and systems issues)
Educational Support (Supplemental learning material)
Facilitate and support the pilot of new content in our curriculum:
Meet with instructional staff to define the pilot support plan
Meet with instructional staff to collect feedback during the pilot
Provide pilot support to the instructional staff with the help of our curriculum engineers
Provide pilot analysis and recommendations to the curriculum team
Provide operational support for the curriculum and subsequent updates to it:
Update program documentation
Update systems including SalesForce and content management systems
Manage the flow of content from authoring into production systems, including version control
Manage instances of tools that students will use in the boot camp
Provide communications to the instructional community
Support curriculum development
Adapt to evolving technologies
Translate complex technical and financial terms and concepts into simplified language
Create curriculum content in collaboration with the rest of the team
Travel to attend company and team-building events
Things That Should Be In Your Background:
2 years of customer support experience
1 year of data analytics or machine learning experience
Experience with GitHub for managing version control
Other Attributes That Will Help You In This Role:
1 year of people management (or team lead) experience (preferred)
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, SmartSheet, or similar project management tools
Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
Experience in an educational environment
A self-starter who can quickly understand/develop new processes
A leader motivated by the success of others and the team
A technically-savvy person who has a knack for mastering systems and workflows
A problem solver seeking to identify problems and provide solutions
A strong communicator who values transparency and effective documentation
A planner capable of attention to detail as well as big picture goals/needs
