Profile

Essential Functions: Understands and performs all inventory related duties and responsibilities.Creates equipment purchase orders; coordinates with vendors for outside requests. Analyzes and plans for long lead time and transit time products.Coordinates international orders with the Import/Export department and ensures necessary documentation is completed. Monitors and communicates stock level requirements. Manages stock control; receives, stores, retrieves, and delivers items. Ensures all digital assets are tagged. Records all movement of assets and reports changes to accounting. Provides parts and tracks repair costs for customer owned equipment. Performs daily repair ticket data entry. Attends meetings and records meeting minutes. Schedules and coordinates meetings, events, interviews, appointments, and/or other similar activities for supervisors and/or departments. Ensures department policies and procedures are followed. Participates in continuous improvement and development of policies and procedures. Ensures housekeeping of assigned areas. Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.Education and Experience:High school diploma or GED. Minimum two (2) years of related purchasing and administrative experience.Previous customer service experience, a plus.Pay Range: $18.18-$25.94/hr\u00A0
