Use telephone to reach ut to customers and verify account information

Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling

Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges

Qualifications

Must have minimum (2) years in customer service experience

This is a on site position in East New York Brooklyn.
