Summary

CHS Inc. is looking for Customer Support Representative to join our team!

This role will work a hybrid work model; 3 days per week in the office and 2 days per week from home.

Responsibilities

Provides technical support to customers and/or employees via telephone, fax, email, text or other web/internet media regarding technical aspects of assigned products.

Answers specific questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization and usage of assigned products.

Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct common failures.

Escalates complex problems to Senior level Customer Technical Support Specialist or Supervisor.

May also provide technical support to company employees.

Other duties and responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (required)

2 years of experience in Customer Service and Technical Support

High School diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications

Ability to read, write and communicate in English to customers and coworkers

Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Working knowledge of basic accounting practices

Ability to work extended hours to meet business demands

Ability to read, write and communicate in Spanish to customers and coworkers, preferred
