This position also provides a high level of customer service in a manner consistent with NPP’s mission, goals and service standards.Principal AccountabilitiesThe following duties are intended to be representative of the work performed by incumbents in this position and is not all-inclusive. Communicates efficiently and effectively with the Account Management team, written or verbally, on behalf of the member or vendor. Can follow communication SLA’s for prompt communication with members and vendors. Work with prospective and current members to update their information in our CRM tool. Use online research tools, to confirm member eligibility with specific vendor partners. Six (6) months of office and/or call center, customer service or sales experience. Proven excellent customer service, communication, verbal and written skills with an emphasis on organization and attention to detail; ability to problem solve and multi-task; keep confidences; ability to meet and exceed service components of this position; proven computer skills (accessing and navigation of websites with the ability to copy and paste information and basic keyboarding), demonstrated basic telephone skills (transfer, conference, placing a member on hold); excel in a team based environment with a positive attitude; comfortable with ambiguity and the ability to be flexible. Familiarity with sales terminology and proficient in Microsoft Office products including Teams.
