The Pension Customer Service Processing Assistant works as part of the Pension Administration group which is responsible for providing defined benefit administrative services to multiple clients. JOB OVERVIEWAs a Pension Customer Service Processing Assistant, the qualified applicant will work alongside an engaging and dynamic team to provide defined benefit administrative services to clients. You will make an impact in others’ lives by working with our client’s employees to help them understand their pension plans in order to meet their retirement goals and the administration of those defined benefit pension plans. Job Responsibilities:Listening to voicemail messages and logging calls into CalcsLogPreparing materials for imagingMailing participant communicationsData entry into various Aon administrative toolsCompleting preliminary payment setups, working directly with various trusteesCopying legal plan documents, commencement kits, etc.Completing a preliminary review (facilitated by a checklist) of returned participant paperwork for correctness and completenessTalking with participants via phone (call backs) for basic inquiriesRespond to basic participant calls and facilitate requests You Bring Knowledge and ExpertiseCustomer service experience preferredMathematical aptitude preferredBasic knowledge of employee benefits is a plusBasic knowledge of desktop applications (i.e., Excel, Word); Access skills a plus We offer you A competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
