Job Details:
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the execution of the Tyson Brands category brand strategies at the customer level that deliver Annual Operating Plan AOP profit targets by achieving targeted volume, Gross Sales After Trade GSAT, Trade as a Percent of Revenue TAPR and DSMPA (distribution, shelving, merchandising, pricing and activation compliance). Additional responsibilities include: understanding the customers key objectives strategies and implementing collaborative business plans that deliver long-term mutual growth. Customizing; selling and implementing corporate strategies and Category Leadership programs with the customer. This position is the key point of contact with the WalMart buyers and their staff. Key internal interactions will be with the Director of Sales, Sr. Customer Development Manager, Team Performance Manager, Customer Insights Manager, CPFR Replenishment Managers, Retail Operations Team Leader, Customer Service Account Manager, Sales Strategy and Planning, Revenue Management, Sales Operations and Marketing.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
Experience: 5 plus years of relevant CPG experience preferably to include a combination of Sales Customer Management, Customer Trade Marketing and Category Management.
Computer skills: Standard computer skills; high proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft software. Nielsen and or IRI and Retail Link experience.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Travel: 10%
