The Business Support Coordinator 2 follows established procedures and guidelines to provide timely and effective clerical support to an office, business unit, department, or other organization group. The Business Support Coordinator 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Performs computations. Typically works on semi-routine assignments.

Enclara, is a wholly owned hospice and palliative care pharmacy business acquired by Humana in 2021. Enclara is the nation's largest full-service pharmacy benefits manager (PBM) specifically for the hospice and palliative care sectors. Serving over 450 customers and nearly 100,000 patients nationally, Enclara works closely with hospices to reduce pharmacy costs, improve patient care and support caregivers through: digital innovations, flexible medication access, one-on-one clinical support, and excellent customer service.
Position Requirements:
The Client Services Coordinator responsible for supporting the Account Management, Sales, and Marketing teams through administrative and organizational projects. It is essential that this person has the desire to cultivate strong professional working relationships with colleagues at all levels within and outside the company. This position will be directly responsible for all requirements specific to the SVP of Sales, the EVP of Client Services, and the Senior Director of Marketing.
Responsibilities
Data / Reporting
Maintain data integrity within Salesforce, which includes updating with prospect and customer accounts, competitor intelligence and other applicable data.
Generate and review standard and ad hoc reports as required for monthly department goal tracking.
Meetings Support
Assist with scheduling of internal/external meetings, arranging travel itineraries, dinners, conferences, and other logistics.
Attend and produce meeting minutes and actions for internal meetings, teleconferences, client visits or as required.
Assist department expense reports.
Project Management
Prepare and organize internal/external materials including presentations, proposals, and conference materials that maintain brand guidelines and consistency.
Coordinates and supports RFP reports
Ad Hoc Items
Coordination of new hire training
Provides general administrative support across the commercial services team
Fulfill other department projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
Must be self-motivated, attentive to detail and change agile for continuous task assessment prioritization
Prior experience in client services, marketing, sales administrative support is desired.
Must be proficient in Salesforce
Must be proficient in the MS Office suite with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint in creating/ formatting proposals, presentations, and correspondence.
Creative, flexible and willing to adapt to new situations, processes and directions.
Superior communication skills, organizational, and presentation skills.
Strong writing skills with attention to detail and solid proofreading abilities.
Ability to work independently and as a team member; while using discretion in decision making to prioritize and re-evaluate priorities as situations change.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with excellent follow-through.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently from the planning stages to implementation.

Education/Experience:
Required:
Minimum of three years' experience as an administrative assistant or similar, ideally in the healthcare field.
Highschool Diploma
Salesforce experience
Preferred:
Associates or Bachelors Degree
