Responsibilities:
As a Go365® Inbound Contacts Representative 2 (Inbound Contacts Representative 2), you will provide perfect service and guidance to Go365® members. You will receive inbound calls and directly respond to questions, handle issues, and provide guidance to both internal and external customers. The Go365® Inbound Contacts Representative 2 will troubleshoot devices and resolve web-based issues.
Educates customers and employers about Humana Go365® products and services via telephone.
Receives, documents, and resolves customer inquiries by using established best practices.
Builds lasting relationships with Humana's customers.
Required Qualifications:
3 years of customer service experience.
Strong customer service orientation.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong typing and computer navigation skills.
Must be available to attend virtual training. Training will start day one of employment and run the first 7 weeks with a schedule of 8:30 am - 5:00 pm EST, Monday - Friday. Attendance is vital for your success in this position during training. No PTO will be honored for the first 60 days.
Must have the ability and willingness to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 am to 9:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday.
Training will be as listed above, and permanent shifts following training will fall between 11:30 am to 8:00 pm EST or 12:30 pm to 9:00 pm EST to start, for approximately the first 9-12 months.
Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities, including use of multiple computer applications simultaneously.
Effective verbal and listening communication skills.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
Work-At-Home (WAH) Requirements
Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mbps download x 10mbps upload) is required.
Must have a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions and conducive to learning and keeping protected health information (PHI, HIPAA) of our members confidential. Your designated work location must be located away from other household distractions, including but not limited to ensuring that alternate caregiving arrangements are made for dependents or other members in the home.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
Previous inbound call center or related customer service experience
Healthcare experience
Fluency in Spanish
Covid-19 Vaccine Policy
Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters. Associates who remain unvaccinated must either undergo weekly negative COVID testing OR wear a mask at all times while in a Humana facility or while working in the field. Every associate and contractor who work inside a Humana facility or in the field, regardless of vaccination status, must complete a daily health screening questionnaire.
