Job Details:
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for maintaining the daily work process for the CVP Marketing Sales group including but not limited to keeping open lines of communication between Customer Service Representatives Field Sales and both internal and external customers. This position is responsible for receiving and processing orders and coordinating with several departments including Planning Production, Transportation, and the Resolution department, to ensure timely product movement and shipping locations. Other responsibilities included resolving customer problems regarding product price delivery and billing. This position will support National Account customers with high sales volume and demand. This position must be able to back-up other CSRs as needed attending relevant meetings and other duties as the need arises. This position could be responsible for vendor inventory management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 3 plus years’ experience in CSR position.
Computer Skills: Familiar with SAP and knowledge of Tyson Business Computer System. Must have Microsoft Excel experience.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Special Skills: Experience in Dispute Management is a plus. Must work well under a fast-paced environment and deadlines. Must be organized and knowledgeable of Tyson.
Travel: No travel is required.
