Green Beacon consolidates CRM solution for Palladium Group
Green Beacon Solutions has successfully developed a global, customized, on-premise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution for Palladium Group, Inc., a leading professional-services firm. The solution will help Palladium Group work more efficiently with clients, partners, and employees globally and will have the capacity to adjust as the company grows through acquisition. Green Beacon is a supplier of business-strategy and product-implementation services for CRM, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Marketing Automation (MA). Microsoft Dynamics AX and Dynamics CRM, Onyx Enterprise CRM, smartFOCUS, and Epicor for Service Enterprises are some of the clients for which Green Beacon has provided business solutions.
Telemark rates Orange Business Services as "world class"
Telemark Services, in its recent publication "Voice of the Customer: Global DataVPN," ranked Orange Business Services as "world class." The rankings are based on data from 780 interviews conducted between July 1, 2006 and June 30, 2007. Telemark measures user observations of global-service providers against independent levels. Orange, the key brand of France Telecom, is one of the prime telecommunications operators in the world, serving more than 161 million customers. "Orange is succeeding at winning the hearts and minds of customers," said Janet Watkin, director of Telemark.
New customer service model to aid Great-West Healthcare members
Great-West Healthcare, a unit of Great-West Life & Annuity Insurance Company, has set up a new customer service model to enhance its services and boost customer satisfaction. The new Member Connect model will include a call center staffed by customer service representatives; Member Champion, a program which assigns committed advocates to individuals in complex medical care or administrative situations; and phone and Internet services. Great-West Healthcare is a provider of national employee benefits, self-funding, and healthcare-management solutions.
